On the western slope of Cap d'Antibes, 300m walk from Ondes beach.

Located in a dead end in absolute calm and not overlooked, you will find our villa "La Cabane" with a very beautiful South/West exposure.

The VILLA "LA CABANE" consists of 2 houses, but only the main house will be rented and the guest house will be closed.

It is in the MAIN HOUSE that you will enjoy your meals in a magnificent pergola heated in winter, which can also be opened entirely or partially depending on the season. This is equipped with a table that can accommodate 10 guests.

This pergola adjoins a fully equipped kitchen which is located in the main room of the house with its pretty stone wall where there is also the living room offering a view of the garden and the infinity pool.

- A single-storey bedroom with a view of the garden and the swimming pool. This is equipped with a 160X200 bed with an en-suite shower room.

- A bedroom with a garden view, equipped with a 140X190 bed and an adjoining shower room with WC, washing machine and dryer, complete the shower room.

- A mezzanine sleeping area equipped with 2 single beds (2X80 or 1x160) and a shower room with toilet.

The GUEST HOUSE will be closed, you will be alone in the property to enjoy the exterior services.

The garden is decorated with a pretty 8X4 infinity swimming pool heated according to the season from May 1st to October 15th and on request with supplement.

A pleasant jacuzzi for 6 people will be at your disposal from April 15 to October 30 and other dates on request with a supplement of 30 euros per heating day.

You will also have at your disposal several deckchairs and 2 garden furniture on the terrace.

And for your meals, a Weber gas barbecue as well as a garden table that can accommodate 10 people under the bio-climatic pergola.

All our rooms have independent reversible air-conditioning and are equipped with their own closet, safe and TV.
